“Faith is the spark that brings our reality to life”
— Saba Abramidze
Hi! I’m Saba, a UX designer with a story that’s been unfolding since my early days in Tbilisi, Georgia. Growing up in this tiny, but vibrant city surrounded by the Caucasus mountains, I was always drawn to creativity. My journey started with video editing as a kid, when I ran a YouTube channel at just 12 years old, making Anime music videos filled with effects, timing, and emotion. I didn’t realize then that the joy I found in crafting these visual experiences would be the beginning of my path in UX design.
At 19, I made a huge decision to move to New York City with my brother, excited to pursue new opportunities and turn my creative interests into a fulfilling career. The journey hasn’t been without challenges, but every experience has enriched my understanding of people and deepened my passion for design. In NYC, I discovered how UX could combine my love for storytelling and my desire to create meaningful interactions that connect with people on a deeper level.
Music, especially jazz guitar, shapes how I approach design. I come from a family of musicians, so creativity and rhythm feel like they’re part of my DNA. Jazz and Georgian music teach me to see each design as a composition, where I balance harmony, improvisation, and user needs. It’s about creating experiences that not only function smoothly but also resonate with people and leave them with a sense of connection.
For me, design is all about empathy, getting to the heart of what users need, and crafting solutions that feel intuitive, human, and delightful. I see each project as an opportunity to create something purposeful, blending functionality with a touch of storytelling magic that leaves a lasting impression.
About Me
Growing up, listening to my father play guitar was pure joy, and playing together became our unique form of connection. It was a conversation in notes, a way to express feelings without words. One of our favorite pieces was an original composition in E minor, a blend of Georgian and classical influences. It’s an energetic, rhythmic melody, spontaneous yet deeply rooted in tradition, capturing the essence of our shared musical language.
